Bucket list day ✔️ Today, we headed out into the icy waters of Homer, Alaska. Surrounded by rugged mountains, endless ocean views, and some of the most breathtaking scenery. We experienced something we'll never forget, fishing for halibut with .
The memories we made —laughter, friendship, shared stories, and moments that remind us why adventure is worth chasing.
It's easy to get caught up in the hustle of building, creating, and moving from one project to the next. Days like today are a reminder to pause and soak it all in.
We're incredibly grateful for this experience, for the people we've met, and for the opportunity to explore this wild and beautiful corner of Alaska.

We're in Homer, Alaska, setting our Halcyon Stay Park Model in place, and today we're giving you a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to install a tiny home on wheels.

For many people considering a tiny home, the installation process can feel overwhelming. Questions about site prep, leveling, utilities, and logistics often stand in the way of moving forward. That's where we come in!

Turning 44 in Alaska, surrounded by rugged mountains, endless ocean views, and wild beauty, felt like a gift.
After work last night, we hopped on a boat and headed across the bay to Halibut Cove for dinner at The Saltry—a restaurant tucked into the rocky shoreline, accessible only by water.
We gathered around a long table with Troy, our transport team, and our clients. Eagles soared overhead. We shared stories, laughter, and delicious local food in a place rich with fishing history and Alaskan charm.
As I looked around that table, I couldn't help but think: this is what life is about.
Not just the destinations, but the people you meet along the way, the stories you collect, and the moments that remind you how beautiful this world really is.
Feeling incredibly grateful for another year, this adventure called life, and the opportunity to experience places like this with such amazing people.... just wished my kids could have experienced it too. I can't wait to bring them here one day ❤️

Some moments stop you in your tracks and burn in your memory. Swinging by the ocean in Homer, AK, mountains stretching into the distance, the wind on my face, I found myself thinking: this kind of moment doesn't happen by accident.

Moments like this are found because we choose them.
We choose to chase adventure.
We choose to embrace beauty.
We choose courage over comfort.
We choose to act, pivot, learn, and keep moving forward even when the path isn't clear.

The same is true in business.

Welcome to Homer, Alaska—and the adventure of installing tiny homes in one of the most rugged and remote locations we've ever worked in.... It hasn't been easy so far. We're here, but our homes aren't... yet.
Between mechanical issues, rough road conditions, stretches of highway with 3-foot frost heaves slowing travel to just 20 km/hr for nearly 200 km, and an axle failure, we've experienced a few delays along the way. Managing logistics from afar in remote areas with limited cell service has added another layer of challenge.
Over the next few days, the tiny homes and sauna will begin arriving one by one, and we'll get them set up and ready for our client to launch this incredible vacation rental destination.
One thing we've learned over the years is that our tiny homes are often destined for places that aren't easy to reach. Challenging installs have become part of the journey. Every project requires flexibility, problem-solving, patience, and a willingness to adapt when things don't go according to plan.
It's all part of the adventure that keeps us moving forward.
