This is what you do with one of the highest end studios in the world, you add a 3000 soft seat theatre, and start to redevelop for broadcast and television production.

Branson is where I spend my December holidays, so I'll be visiting and pitching a "creative production" paradigm, like we have made Catalyst here in Edmonton.
