Good Morning! Our longest post ever...
For those who may not know, we sublease from the gift shop and they chose not to renew our lease. In other words, we were given a 30 day notice to break down Empire Coffee, so we will not be at that location starting November.
Now the good news!
Luckily, we were already working on a second location near by, so that will now be our new #1. The new location was going to consist of 3 units, but the quick notice forced us to add additional units next door. The concrete was already poured in the additional 2 units, and we did not want our customers to be out of coffee for extended periods of time (as you know what people without coffee are capable of lol).

The location does not show on Apple Maps or Google yet.
This is the ALL NEW Frisco Trails building that will no doubt be the new gathering place for Rogersville Residents and people traveling from Springfield, Ozark, Nixa, Republic and Fordland.
The building has 62 Units of one and two bedroom apartments, and what we are guessing at this time is about 15 more commercial spaces. You can't miss the building (it's gigantic), and of course we will post photos and information on the apartments.
What will Empire Coffee offer?
Of course the Coffee you've all grown accustomed to, Pizza, Pastries and all of the things we already had, but because of the added space, we will have more retail shopping area, a Deli, a kitchen, and of course GELATO!
Phase one will be getting the basics up and running in those first 2 units, and we will work fast to get it done.
We don't want to burden everyone with too much information, but feel free to ask if you have any questions, and we will answer as soon as we can.
The faster we close, the faster we open.
Unfortunately getting all of our stuff out of our current location is an insane task, so we will close for coffee on October 18th. This will allow us to get our Pergolas, lighting, art, cabinets, marble, columns etc for the next location.
Our hours...
we have been wanting this for SO long! open early and close late!!! we have to make sure we aren't breaking any rules, but the plan is to be open at 7am and close at 10pm. We will see if we can make it happen, and of course be open Sunday 🙂
Our people!
Adriano's Pizzeria will be more involved than ever in not just supplying pizza, but also panini breads, focaccia etc.. We also have plans for Mr. Adriano to come in on select days to share new products and talk with you about all the good stuff!
Chef Roland Parny will bring the pastries, and I'm sure we will have some new and exciting desserts.
You may have noticed that our staff has grown, and you will continue to see it multiply.
We actually never got to grand open, which makes us SO excited to create the best experience for you all!!!
This is a blessing in disguise, and I hope you all join us in creating community once again in our new and improved, bigger and better shop! Please have patience, as we want it to be amazing for you 😀
