⚖️ PLANETHANK WINS IN FEDERAL COURT 🏆

Vermont Attorney General Charity Clark tried to silence my political satire. Instead, a federal judge blocked her investigation, called the video “ridiculous,” and questioned why the state pursued it in the first place.

They expected me to delete the video and quietly back down.

I took them to federal court—and won the preliminary injunction.

Rough week for Vermont’s radical left: their activist was held on drug-trafficking charges, their clergy were carried away by police, and their Attorney General got carried out of federal court by the First Amendment. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Turns out the Constitution also protects controversial Brattleboro men.

🚨 HOMELESS OUTREACH DIRECTOR ACCUSED OF COOKING CRACK — $50K BAIL

Lisa Kincaid, the former director of Brattleboro’s controversial 69A homeless outreach program, was back in court today facing serious drug-trafficking charges.

Prosecutors alleged Kincaid helped operate a crack co***ne and fentanyl trafficking operation—and the judge continued her bail at $50,000.

The wildest allegation? According to statements made in court, Kincaid allegedly taught a young man how to cook crack co***ne.

She was supposed to be helping people struggling with drugs—not teaching them how to make them. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Maybe she can teach cooking classes in the jail kitchen.

The charges are allegations, and Kincaid is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

The whole scene looked less like a Sermon and more like a Manson Family reunion—with better robes. 😳

They came to make a statement. Police helped them take it on the road.

A routine traffic stop on Elm Street quickly turned into a rescue mission when police discovered a woman overdosing inside the vehicle.

EMS was called, the woman was treated—and the driver’s evening ended with a wanted level and a trip to jail. 🤷🏼‍♂️

🚨 FROM HELPING HOMELESS ADDICTS—TO FACING CRACK AND FENTANYL CHARGES

Lisa Kincaid, the former director and public face of Brattleboro’s controversial 69A outreach program, is now charged with trafficking, manufacturing and selling crack co***ne and fentanyl.

Police say Kincaid and two 18-year-old men from Connecticut also face conspiracy charges. All three are being held on $50,000 bail and are scheduled to be arraigned September 8.

The case raises serious questions about the judgment of town officials who publicly promoted 69A despite repeated complaints, police calls and concerns surrounding the program.

Just because someone is arrested or charged does not mean they are guilty. All three defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.

Lisa Kincaid, director of 69A, was arrested Friday after Brattleboro Police and the Vermont Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at an apartment at 69 Elliot Street in Brattleboro, Vermont.

Police say a large amount of crack co***ne and cash was seized. Two 18-year-old men from Connecticut were also arrested.

69A has positioned itself around helping vulnerable members of the community. Now its director is among three people arrested following a drug task force investigation.

When organizations are entrusted with helping vulnerable communities, who is making sure they’re actually helping?

The investigation remains active. Police say specific charges, bail status, and court information will be released as they become available.

All defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
