I don’t post pics of new cars, accomplishments, or my Christmas tree with all the gifts…why? Success in private means no one sees me coming. I don’t need the eyeballs on me for my success to be “real”. Major successes and major failures are not social media fodder…they are private matters for your family and inner circle. Spend your time as a leader posting about the successes of your team instead!!

Leadership isn’t built on ideas.
It’s built on follow-through.

You can have vision.
You can have charisma.
You can talk strategy all day long.

But if your people can’t trust your word… you don’t have leadership — you have noise.

Every promise kept compounds trust.
Every promise broken erodes it.
