Welcome to Design Your Happy Life! My name is Lisa Rittenhouse and I am so glad that you have stopped by to check out this page. If you are looking for ways to have more happy days, then you are in the right place. There’s no magic formula to instantly make you happy for the long-term, but there are proven ways to do so over time. It’s a journey, one that I have been truly enjoying, throughout one of the toughest stretches I’ve had yet. So, if I’m successfully navigating a pretty cruddy time, then why not share with others? If you truly want to help yourself, and you promise to put in the time, you can turn your life around. It all starts with believing that you are in complete control of your happiness.
