I created The Fit Womb as a space where women can feel strong, supported, and confident in their bodies—whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, or nowhere near motherhood. My classes are for all women, not just moms!

Through Mat Pilates and strength training, I help women build real strength, improve core function, and reconnect with their bodies in a safe, welcoming space.
