Here’s the behind-the-scenes of starting something new—yes, it’s creative and a little chaotic, but every move is intentional.

This is the part most people skip—because it’s slow, experimental, and full of figuring things out in real time.
But I promised to share the entire journey… so here we are.

📈 TikTok () is taking off faster than Instagram or Facebook.
And the funniest part? My most popular post so far is about wild hogs showing up while I was beekeeping.
Apparently, real-life chaos = solid engagement.

📸 Instagram () is growing slower, but it’s filling my feed with the most inspiring artists, makers, and creatives. Honestly? It feels like a place I want to spend time.

📘 Facebook () is brand new, but I’m loving it as a space to connect with people who love creativity, craftsmanship, and community.

Already, I can see how different platforms each have their own personality, energy, and magic.

✨ Here Comes The Sun is becoming exactly what I hoped—part creative exploration, part storytelling, part community connection.
And I’m sharing it all: the wins, the flops, and everything in between.

If you want to follow the behind-the-scenes (and see where the hogs turn up next 🐗), you can find me here:

I’m starting over… from zero.

Here Comes The Sun is my brand-new passion project—where I get to share the things that light me up: stained glass, beekeeping, Emma’s Playground, and all the messy, beautiful parts of creating with heart.

Along with stained glass creations, my slightly diva-ish bees, and chickens who live for the drama, I’ll be sharing both the wins and the flops as I figure out what works, what doesn’t, and how to grow something real from scratch (pun intended 😂).

If you want to cheer me on (or just see what happens when you mix creativity + curiosity), come along. 💛

Same video? Yes. Same caption? Not always 👀

The vibe on FB vs LinkedIn vs TikTok is not the same, and neither should your captions be. Adapt the message to fit the room.

Most emails? 👎
They get ignored.

But the good ones… become the highlight of your week.

This week we helped a client (hi Janet 👋) create an easy-to-read email series that people actually want to open—think “Mozi Moment” or “Friday Faves,” but with a co-parenting twist.

Speaking of which… I never miss Turnkey Style - Stylish Curvy Girl Friday Faves.
Elisa, your emails are the ones I always look forward to—proof you’re doing it right. 😉

And here’s the thing ⬇️
That same “make it digestible” rule applies to social media too.

But each platform wants its own flavor:
💬 Instagram = short + personal
📘 Facebook = story-driven
💼 LinkedIn = structured + insight-focused
🎥 TikTok = quick hook, CTA in the comments

One strong message can work everywhere—you just have to tweak how you say it.

Need help making that happen (and saving yourself hours)? This is exactly what we do. Send me a DM. 💌

You feeling this? We are drowning in information. It’s like drinking from a fire hose—all the time. 💦

Our attention spans are shrinking. No one is sticking around to “figure out” what your content is about. They want clear, immediate answers—right now.

So, what should you do? Simplify.

✔️ Focus on where your audience actually is. You don’t need to be everywhere—just where it matters.
✔️ Double down on what’s working. Look at your best-performing content and create more of that—or even reuse it by rescheduling top posts every few weeks. (Yes, you can do that!)
✔️ Make it easy. Your message should be clear in seconds. If they have to guess, they’re gone.

Stop overcomplicating it. Social media isn’t about doing MORE—it’s about doing what works.

Let’s kill the vibe that you need 10K followers to make a dent.
You don’t need more people—you need the right people.

Here’s your permission slip to:
✨ Stop stressing over the algorithm
✨ Show up for your people
✨ Build community, not just content

Ask yourself:
Am I creating scroll-stopping stuff for my audience, or just trying to keep up?

Are you sharing content that works for you? How's it going?

07/08/2025

This is how you create content your audience actually cares about—and hooks them from the very first line.

Step-by-step: Create Audience-Magnet Content (Example: Therapist)

1. Start with ONE real problem your audience struggles with
→ For a therapist: “My clients struggle to set boundaries without guilt.”

2. Use the SCALE Method to turn it into valuable content
→ A relatable story, a mindset shift, or a tip list they can use today

🔹 S – Storytelling
“I used to think saying no made me selfish. Here’s what changed everything...”
🔹 C – Controversial
“You don’t owe anyone constant access to you—especially if it’s draining your mental health.”
🔹 A – Actionable
“3 phrases to set a boundary without sounding harsh 👇”
🔹 L – Learning
“People-pleasing often starts in childhood—it’s a survival strategy, not a personality flaw.”
🔹 E – Engagement/Entertainment
“Which one sounds like you?
😅 The chronic yes-er
😬 The guilt tripper
🧠 The boundary ghoster”

3. Repurpose it into multiple formats
> Reel with the hook + tip
> Quote graphic with a bold statement
> Carousel with a breakdown
> Stories with polls, sliders, or a Q box

4. Be real. No corporate voice. No jargon. Talk like a human.

5. Always end with a call to engage
→ “Which one are you?” or “Drop a 🙋‍♀️ if this hit home.”

Look. You don’t need more content. You need smarter content—and a strategy that pulls people in fast.

The SCALE Method gives you that—hook-first, human-first.

Social media isn’t just social anymore. It’s smart media.

The algorithm? It’s matchmaking content with interests, not just followers.

So let’s stop chasing numbers and start building influence that matters.

👉 Be the content your dream clients are already searching for.
👉 Create to connect—not just to post.
👉 Relevance > reach. Every time.

Your audience is out there. Show up where they’re looking.

More content. Less patience. A never-ending scroll.
It’s easy to get lost in the sauce.
The internet is LOUD. Content is endless.
Attention spans? Basically nonexistent.
Social media isn’t just crowded—it’s a full-blown content war.

The key isn’t to be the loudest; it’s to be the smartest. Here’s how to show up in a way that actually matters:

💡 Focus on clarity. If people don’t “get it” in two seconds, they’re moving on.
💡 Give them what they want—fast. No one is waiting for the big reveal. Get to the point.
💡 Stick to what’s working. You don’t need more content. You need better content.

The key to success isn’t more information—it’s the right information.

Oh, The Places I’ve Gone

I like to help people. I am a creative. I have great work ethic.

That’s it. That’s basically me in a very condensed nutshell.

My life has consisted of being a creative person who must always fill that need of making crafty stuff. Which has made me into. what I choose to believe, a fun mom. I have a big, full family, which makes it real hard to get a good pic, so most of the time I just use weird pics of me because I don’t want to leave anyone out. It makes sense to me anyway. Ha ha!

Now for the crazy part... I have a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Oklahoma State University. I actually had a wee career as an actual designer for the first 9 years (pre-children). I worked in floral, residential, and commercial design in which I gleaned all kinds of various skills. Floral design, faux finish & mural painting, hanging wallpaper, installing bathroom and kitchen cabinets, just to name a few.
