The Whole Family Spartans Up!
#WalkItNation is a journey to get fit. Started in June 2013 by Jason Anderson while he was losing weight. Now likeminded people whose goal is to be active!
Jason Anderson started a journey in fitness. He wanted to eat better (most times), be more active than before, and start to walk more places than before. He wasn't a fan of walking it, now he searches out more chances to walk somewhere. Hence the name #WalkItNation. Jason decided to talk about it openly and hope others join him in the movement. Now joined by Janelle Rosario, their goal is to be active, inspire others, and stay healthy. Grab your FitBit, or other fitness tracker and let's get walking!
Mission: To become healthier and more fitness conscience. To walk more and encourage more physical activity.
