From the first video (“Video Killed the Radio Star”) to the golden era of TRL, Unplugged, and The Real World, MTV wasn’t just a network — it was a revolution. It gave us the soundtrack of generations, discovered legends, and turned pop culture into a living, breathing experience.
But as streaming took over and social media reshaped entertainment, the music channel that once defined cool slowly faded into nostalgia.
Still, for millions who grew up with it —

Let forget a moment that his song is about politics issues. The whole thing is that a independent artists always get a back seat even if they beating a mainstream artists. They forget they were independent at one time. Stand up for independent artists. Many of them are better then mainstream artists anyway.
