Decibel NYC, based in New York City, was originally conceived in 2000 as a spin-off of Decibel Recordings based out of Fort-Lauderdale, Florida. Headed by Kevin Donaldson the label wants to focus on releases that feature and promote a specific style of groovy, chunky, techy house music with some flavors of tribal and electro for good measure. With several chart topping singles and billboard hits i

ncluding The Undah-Dub's major hit "I Didn't Say It" and the chart topping "Love Will Return" by Alison Crockett, Decibel NYC has been on a roll and silently making a name among distinct labels. With a new look, new feel, new acts, established pros and a whole lot of unique assets, this record label will change the standard for underground house as we know and enjoy it now.

after a long hiatus, the raker project is back with another bang em up vocal hit. the follow up to the chart topping, "work the system", raker proves that longevity is the answer to keep it working! this time around there are supreme remixes from philly's Stereosoulz (hiway and s.a.m.) giving a tech soul vibe to turn this song on it's ear. there are also 2 great remixes from our friend Super Agent 33, his tribal infusion is nothing short of impressive and you won't want to stop rocking to this one. rounding out the remix muscle is the undah-dub, who returns with his signature brand of tech and house. as usual, infused with a hint of craziness, you will welcome the return of ...let's throw in a tribal club mix from raker project, in addition to the original, both so well crafted that it's throwback miami vibe willt knock you straight to ibiza. it's so perfect for the festival!..so get it together, and get this one in your arsenal!

super agent 33 serves up a hard hitting and ridiculously powerful dj set, straight from the catalog of Decibel NYC. following in the spirit of the "we are decibel nyc series", this installment is nothing short of a tribalistic wonder. perfectly mixed live from his toronto residency he fires and inspires with super monsters from Lee Bradley, the undah-dub, f dj's, keith just and a few of his own incredibles. and as a bonus, included is an unreleased but soon to be remix of Breeze's "banji boys revenge" this single will be commercially available before summer. 13 tracks with over 70 minutes of continuous floor stompers, you and your friends won't want to miss this for a party starter. in case you forgot, let him remind you that once again, "We Are Decibel NYC!"
