"Sam Seigle and technology don't go well together." In his true fashion, Sam Seigle asked, "How does everyone know about my birthday?! Facebook??" and when I offered to email him the link to this interview, he laughed: "I don't do email!"
When I brought a personally re-formatted edition of "The Talking Google" to him in his office, he thanked me profusely... then had me fetch books and papers, back and forth between his office and classroom, and put away his groceries. Right after he left a voicemail for an absent student ("Athena is waiting for you! And so am I!"), he announced to the class, "This is Emily! I'm adopting her!"
One can only dream...
