* 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
* 1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter
* 4 cloves garlic, minced
* 1/4 cup (60ml) fresh lemon juice
* 1 tsp lemon zest
* 1/4 cup (60ml) white wine (optional)
* 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
* Salt and pepper to taste
* 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
* 1 tbsp capers, drained
