Mixed green (already rinsed)
Little mini tomatoes
English cucumber thinly sliced
Red bell pepper
Salami
Ham
American cheese
Hard boiled egg
Combo ranch and Italian dressing

Looks who’s back! OMG forgot they were gone. My mom used to get these all the time. Then the apple empanadas at Taco Bell were so good. The plain ones I don’t like when they add cream or anything. We had to move to Popeyes who is the only fast food in the area that carries fried apple pies/empanadas.

Go out and get one while they have them. Happy 250th Birthday America!

Father's Day BBQ
I'm becoming the chicken expert.
Granulated garlic
Ground annatto (or Sazon)
Ground black pepper (just a little)
Adobo
Chicken bullion (optional)
A little salt
Avocado oil
Season it a few hours early and cut 2 slits in the legs (thick part) and cut thighs where the bone is. You don't have to fully de-bone but it makes a world of difference.

And just look at that potato salad!

Terribly sad news. I went to Girl Scouts in this church as a Brownie. And I happen to know the reverend and have worked closely with him in our community.

A massive fire broke out at the historic South Bushwick Reformed Church in Brooklyn before 1:30 p.m. Friday.
