Long before he co-founded Baskin-Robbins, Irv Robbins was the son of immigrants pursuing the American dream.

Born in Canada to Russian Jewish immigrant parents, Irv crossed the Canadian border into Washington State with his family in 1923 at just six years old. That crossing would later become the official arrival date recorded on his father's naturalization papers.

Behind so many iconic American stories is an immigrant journey—and an arrival record that preserves it.
