My 14 year old son and I have the 2 bedrooms in the back of the apartment. We’re pretty chill & clean and don’t have any clutter in any shared spaces. My son stays with me for half of the week and every other weekend. He’s got his whole setup in his room as well and is into skateboarding, surfing, & filming. We’re pretty friendly and have lived on this block for over 10 years.
