Making a gluten free + vegan apple pie 🥧 is one of my favorite magic tricks. You would never know it was different than dairy and wheat based pies.
• Just replace the eggs with a whole🍎, puréed
• Replace the butter with coconut oil
• Replace the flour with GF oats. Just run the oats through a food processor or blender until it resembles a fine powder.
