So I shoot a commercial campaign in Warsaw earlier this year - and one of the recipes for their website was styled after my own cookbook! Love being the inspiration for my own work.

Ziemniaki ugotować, przecisnąć przez praskę. Dodać przesianą mąkę, przyprawy, jajka i maślankę. Wyrobić ciasto. Z ciasta formowaćniewielkie okrągłe placuszki o grubości 1 cm i smażyć na rozgrzanej patelni z odrobiną oleju. Podawać gorące z jogurtem.

Moules frites (mussels and fries) in old town Cannes, FR. Classic but still definitely amazing. My favorite were in a tomato sauce with peppers.
