We just finished a project for our good client, Bronwyn Berry, who is producing a documentary, Heart and Soul, which is close to being completed.

“The film is an intimate portrait of the artists who made the music, an accessible window into a world that no longer exists. It’s my version of a tapestry of a sub-culture of artists without any formal training, working class kids who created the sound from the ground up, starting on the streets and in subways, borrowing from Gospel, Rhythm & Blues and early Rock & Roll. These are chapters in a story. And, together, they are the film.”

🚨FUN FACT ALERT!🚨
Did you know your Kodachrome Double 8mm packaging is deceiving you?!
The boxes say 25ft, which is confusing! This was a selling point back in the day when using 8mm film in what was called a Dual 8 Camera.
You'd shoot 1 side of the roll and flip the film over and then shoot the other side. This film was promoted more during WWII to save on rationed items.
After the War, Kodak continued using the same box labeling in what was actually 50 ft as "25ft"
