I started offering my signature energy readings, Alignment Sessions, in October 2020. Today I completed my final one.
Actually, the first reading I ever offered was in December 2019, for someone who believed in my gifts before I fully did. And today I closed this chapter with that same person.
(I love full circles + obvi they love me too.)
Over the last five years, this is what people have known and what they’ve turned to me for — understanding energy, orienting themselves after endings or before beginnings, and learning how to live with greater intention while honoring the mind, body, and spirit. This work has shaped my voice, my credibility, and my relationship with teaching in a very public way.
“So, what happens now?”A question I’ve heard again and again from my community, my clients, my friends, and my family.
What happens now is that the work remains, but the medium through which it is expressed is changing.
Something I’ve observed consistently in my readings this past year is a collective shift in how people want to receive guidance and reminders. There’s fatigue around being instructed and “optimized,” and a real desire to remember through experience. Through story, image, movement, beauty, and lived example in ways that feel more human, sensory, and alive.
We’re living in what feels like an unfolding spiritual and artistic renaissance. A return to art, film, and narrative, and to lessons that land organically in the body rather than being forced into the mind.
As much as I’ve tried to fight it, I’ve known for a while that I’m part of that shift. And so many people in my community are too, which is why my work is moving out of explanation and into embodiment. Allowing life itself to become the art and the teaching.
After years of doing the damn thing, I’m blessed to know firsthand that some things end because they worked. I’m very, very excited for what’s blossoming now.
P.S. Stay tuned for a series on what I know about our human experience after five consecutive years of offering psychic energy readings. 🫖 Who’s serving the tea?! (I ammmm)
