Peace family! For the past 3 years Guazabara Insights Community Reintegration has provided Cultural and Social Consciousness Education to over 1000 inmates in Hudson County, NJ.
While we've had a tremendous impact on the population we serve (reducing recidivism to 33% compared to the national average of 76%), its hard to put into words the kind of energy that needs to be present to make an impact. Most of these incarcerated individuals are beautiful souls with much talent, with need of a sense of community and support!
This video gives you a rare glimpse of this energy and setting. The time to act in reducing the amount of our community members in prison, especially Black and Brown men. We all need to come together on this issue.

What's good Family?! So I am in the process of realizing a vision of LITERALLY uplifting our community through Education, and that is to TAKE EDUCATION TO THE STREETS! We've already begun in Jersey City, NJ and we will continue to do so for the next 5 weeks. We are educating people on health so that we may raise the consciousness of our people and increase the demand for healthier foods. This is just the first of many. Check out the promo video!
