Nancy Mace is drawing a line in the sand on what it truly means to serve in Congress. Her proposal would require that members of Congress be natural-born citizens — a constitutional principle that ensures undivided loyalty to America and the Constitution above all else.

The left is already screaming "xenophobic," but Mace's position is straightforward: those who write America's laws should have been born under the American flag. While naturalized citizens have made valuable contributions, there's a difference between choosing to immigrate and being born American. The Constitution set this standard for the presidency for a reason — and Mace is asking why Congress should be any different.

This isn't about attacking immigrants. It's about protecting the integrity of our legislative branch and ensuring that the people crafting our nation's future have an unshakeable, lifelong commitment to American sovereignty and constitutional governance. Mace is putting principle first, and the establishment can't stand it.

Reports that multiple states added hundreds of thousands of non-citizens to voter rolls expose a direct threat to the integrity of American elections. Citizenship verification exists for a reason: only those who lawfully belong to the nation should determine its leaders and laws. Allowing non-citizens onto the rolls dilutes the voting power of every eligible American and undermines the foundation of representative government.

California, New Jersey, Nevada, and Pennsylvania standing among those acknowledging the problem highlights how widespread the failure has become. Media silence on the issue only deepens public distrust and delays the corrective action required. Clean rolls and proof of citizenship remain the minimum standards necessary to restore confidence in the results.

President Trump’s push for the SAVE America Act and related reforms directly addresses this vulnerability by mandating clear verification. Enforcing those requirements nationwide protects the franchise for citizens alone and ends the practice of expanding rolls with ineligible names. Election security begins with accurate lists that reflect the American people and no one else.

Invoking the Fifth Amendment in response to every question during a congressional hearing, including the most basic ones, only intensifies public demand for full transparency on pandemic decisions. Officials who directed nationwide restrictions, school closures, and economic shutdowns owe clear answers about the guidance they issued and the evidence behind it. Refusing to engage on any level deepens the sense that accountability has been avoided for far too long.

The lasting costs of those policies—lost learning, closed businesses, and eroded trust—continue to affect American families. When the central figure in the response declines to provide even routine information, it reinforces the need for thorough investigation rather than silence. Citizens expect those who held extraordinary power to face scrutiny equal to the impact of their choices.

President Trump’s administration has prioritized reopening the country, rejecting overreach, and restoring normal life after years of disruption. Demanding complete answers and consequences where warranted continues the effort to prevent similar failures and rebuild confidence in public institutions. Accountability remains the necessary path to protecting both health and the rights of the American people.

Zohran Mamdani posed for photos at Ground Zero weeks before the 25th anniversary of 9/11. Let that sink in. A radical who's spent years pushing ideas that spit on everything this country stands for, using sacred ground where nearly 3,000 Americans died as a photo op.

The families who lost loved ones that day — husbands, wives, children — they deserved better. They deserved a leader who honors that sacrifice, not exploits it. New York City can do infinitely better than this. We should demand it.

Kathy Hochul lights up at the idea of handing nearly a billion dollars to a billionaire for a Bills stadium project. The same governor turns hostile the moment ordinary New Yorkers ask for tax relief so they can afford to remain in their own state.

This is the classic progressive priority list in action, that hands out corporate favors and political vanity projects with public money while working families get lectures about shared sacrifice. High taxes and high costs have already driven hundreds of thousands out of New York.

Leaders who treat taxpayers as an endless ATM while catering to the wealthy and well-connected have no claim to fairness. New Yorkers deserve better than selective generosity that only flows upward.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that he plans to visit New York despite criticism from Mayor Zohran Mamdani. Netanyahu said his visit would focus on defending what he described as the truth of the Jewish people and addressing issues involving Israel.

The announcement follows disagreements between Netanyahu and Mamdani over Israel, the Middle East conflict and related political issues. Mamdani has criticized Israeli government policies, while Netanyahu has defended his government’s actions and positions.

The planned visit has created discussion about international issues entering local politics. Should city leaders and public officials speak openly about global conflicts, or should they focus mainly on issues within their own communities?
