🤎 Space to share your wins, dreams, and what you’re building
 ✨ Celebrating women supporting women
🍵 Good food, good drinks, and even better company
💗 Walking away inspired, encouraged, and less alone

How many Filipinas do you see leading the news at 6 PM? 👀✨

Not on the sidelines, but at the anchor desk, asking the tough Qs, shaping the national conversation.

Filipinas are making that impact across newsrooms nationwide:

🌊 Kristina Audencial () — FOX 5 San Diego (San Diego)
🌟 Cher Calvin () — KTLA 5 (Los Angeles)
🌺 Annalisa Burgos () — Hawaii News Now (Honolulu)
🤠 Alanna Quillen () — NBC 5 (Dallas–Fort Worth)
🗽 Elaine Quijano () — CBS News (New York)

Representation isn’t symbolic.
It’s powerful. It’s visible. It’s necessary.

Filipinas aren’t just in the newsroom—they’re shaping the conversation.

Why did this Super Bowl performance feel so many ways? 🥹 More than a halftime show.. It felt like a moment of a community taking claim on the world’s biggest stage! Bad Bunny showed us all the colors of his culture… and we are here for it!

Puerto Rican life, pride, familiar family scenes, elders, and everyday moments were centered, without explanation. Filipinas can feel proud for them!… and invite us into the question “what does it look like to take the stage unapologetically and invite the world to dance with us?” 💃🏻

While this isn’t something to decenter or takeaway from the intention of the performance, it invites us to reflect on representation and what rising can look like!💫

This season of love, we are celebrating the Filipina love languages! 💗

They’re more than habits, They are the way we love as we rise in excellence!💫 You can’t kind you don’t learn from a book.. The kind passed down in group chats, kitchen counters, and deep cultural roots.

What do your love languages look like in action?✨

Inside her journey!✨ We asked Tallulah Proulx () 4 questions about how her journey began, what it means to represent the Philippines, the challenges behind qualifying for the Winter Olympics, and what she would say to young Filipina girls who don’t yet see themselves in winter sports. Here’s what she had to say. 🎤

From early mornings on the slopes to competing across the globe, Tallulah’s story is one of dedication, representation, and possibility- a reminder that Filipinas belong everywhere, including the Winter Olympics. ✨

Swipe to read Tallulah’s answers, in her own words⛷️❄️

We can’t wait to see you on the slopes Tallulah ~ Filipinas on the Rise are cheering you on!!! ✨

Not a highlight reel!🖤💗

I just want to say it is completely okay if any of you had to take a step back, pause or redirect this past year.. they may have been your BEST breakthroughs!

This past year, I made a decision to significantly pulled back from constantly posting life on social media (I’ve talked to so many others who have begun to do the same!) Oh no! What would happen?

You can:
🔸get more clarity on where your next calling (for me, I had visions of communities gathering, hugging, in person around the world!)🌍
🔸recover your physical & mental health
🔸take care of your finances/money game (I have many friends focused on recovering financial health or picking up an interim gigs- no shame!)
🔸join something challenging & off the radar (for me, this was my 5th reality TV show that I’ve been casted on and getting cut right before the top🥲it’s okay! I feel ready to take on the world)
🔸get a like-minded, caring community around you! 👯‍♀️

In an overly metrics & algorithm & digitally driven world, where everyone is showing the highlight reels, it’s okay to live thoughtfully, authentically, do what’s best for you, embrace any short-term losses and see how you are long-term winning🤍

👉🏼 What were some areas that may have looked like a “Loss” at first but was a “Gain” on the other side? 🏆
