I used to swear I’d do it differently.

I’d be organized.
On time.
Put together.

I wouldn’t let little feet sneak into my bed at night.
I wouldn’t forget spirit days or picture forms.
I wouldn’t live off cold coffee and unfinished to do lists.

And then I became a mom.

And I learned that real life doesn’t care about promises you made before you were tired.
Before you were needed every second.
Before love lived in your bones.

Motherhood softened me.
Humbled me.
Showed me that perfection was never the goal.

Presence is.

Showing up even when you’re exhausted.
Choosing connection over control.
Letting the mess sit because the moment matters more.

So yes, I’m that mom.
The tired one.
The emotional one.
The one who loves so deeply it feels overwhelming some days.

And I’m also the mom who stopped saying never.
Because motherhood teaches you that every day is different.
Every season changes you.
And sometimes you don’t understand until you’re standing right in the middle of it.

And honestly
I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

As a person that has been in several rooms filled with millionaires💵 I can tell you that they don’t become millionaires the way many of us have been told❌.
❌They don’t work themselves to death
❌They don’t spend any time trying to prove themselves to anyone
❌And they definitely don’t “hustle”
In fact, if you spent a full day with them, you would probably think that they are just privileged losers 😂
✔️But the truth is they know what they want, they know who they are and they have a mission. They know where the true value lies, and they refuse to be told who their “supposed” to be.

💡It’s time to invest in yourself more than your bosses future.
Ask yourself- why would my boss teach me, let alone allow me to be in a position that would allow me to possibly become their next door competition?

It’s time for you to stop waiting for permission and give yourself that slip✨

Growing up, dysfunction was all I knew.
A family full of trauma, su***de and a page worth of mental health illnesses. I had no example of what a lady was, what manners were, and self respect was unheard of.

It wasn’t until I was forced away from my family homes due to becoming “too far gone” that I finally decided “no more.”
I chose to refuse the labels placed on me before I had the chance to even know my own voice!
I refused that this was a life chosen for me before I was even born. I refused to believe the women I ran into far from my neighborhood just got lucky being born into wealthy, happy, functional families and that I just had to make the best out of the hand I was served!

I surrendered all of me to God and told Him to take me, to change, to use me!

I had no idea what that even meant. But from there, everything changed❤️
You are never too far gone, You just need to choose✨🙏🏽

In 2024 I quite my 9-5 without a plan due to feeling called to a greater mission. ✨A month later I found out I was pregnant🤰🏽. 3 months postpartum I went back to work, being given the option to take over a thriving business🔥 that allowed me to work alongside my baby, but after month’s of meditating with God seeking whether or not this is something that aligns with Gods will for my life- I declined. 🙏🏽

God called me to be a present mother who world-schools🌎👦🏽 her son, to break free from the generational ties of ❌abuse, ❌neglect, ❌broken homes, and to lead a nation of Women to do the same! I knew I couldn’t do that while running a full time business and raising a baby. So I made the decision to ✅save up some money to invest in my very own holistic online business. 🪴Allowing me the freedom to choose how and when I work while fulfilling the mission God called me to.⚖️

The nanny was 1000% wrong for calling that baby fat and presenting limiting her from food as a solution!

Since being a parent I have seen more and more how much speaking down to children and creating their insecurities are so normalized! It’s no wonder why we live in a world where all people see is their flaws and identify their “weaknesses” as “it’s just who…” or “how I am.”
When In all reality it’s due to toxic conditioning from the voices that had the most impact in the years our minds were most fragile and absorbent.
I’m beginning to believe that most adults fail to realize that what we tell them becomes their inner voice. 🗣️
We came out naked not caring about our bodies being exposed because we gave our nakedness no value!
We were souls with no awareness of the body that held them. A child is vulnerable and dependent. Our voice, Our actions, and Our steps are the ones they will follow until they learn to take their own!

And as much as it broke my heart to hear those words spoken to a child, not even of her own, but a child a parent entrusted to her.
She may not get it now, but one day she may look in that mirror with body dysmorphia, in disgust with herself and choose to starve because “that’s what we do when we’re getting fat.”
THIS LITTLE GIRL WAS BARELY CHUNKY!!!
But the truth is my reaction would have been just as wrong and possibly more harmful to not just that little girl but for most of the children in the room, including my own!
I had no words that would have impacted anyone in a positive way, I had no patience to have a conversation with her, I couldn’t look at her without rolling my eyes. It’s not just about planting seeds but the type of seeds we plant! Not all good intentions bring good results, and the enemy can also use us in times we lack self control.
So I kept my mouth shut, I brought it to God, and I will continue to go to the library. The next time I see her I will ask God to take over me and the holy spirt to overflow through me. God let it be your will above my own! Let my mouth only speak for you! Use me to get through to her in a way that brings influence and change🙏🏽✨❤️

If anyone has ever told you that being a mother is easy, they either lied 🤥 or they simply never experienced what motherhood truly means.🫥
When I say motherhood I dont mean just giving birth to a baby.🤰🏽
I dont just mean experiencing postpartum.😰
I don’t just mean being called mama.👩‍👧
And I surely don’t just mean sharing custody with your nanny on the weekends.👩‍👩‍👧
When I say motherhood I mean connection🤽🏽‍♀️, I mean intimacy❤️, I mean relation 🤝🏽❤️and I mean presence🫂🫀👣🧠.
❌I dont say this to judge anyone who was forced back into work after giving birth.
❌I don’t say this to judge anyone who was fed the belief that prioritizing time with their baby would lead them to losing themselves.
❌And I don’t say this to judge the woman that was encouraged to keep working hard despite the years missed because their baby will one day understand and appreciate the life you’ll be able to afford for them to live.🤑
✅I say this to inspire her ✨and send her hope🧭.
✅I say this to the woman that wants more for not just her baby, not just for herself, but for the possibility of what life could be…for them🫂.
Motherhood isn’t easy but it also doesn’t have to feel impossible.❤️‍🩹
Motherhood isn’t just a responsibility.
It’s a calling✨
It’s a divine awakening✨
It’s a portal to wisdom,truth,purpose and intention✨
You aren’t meant to remain the woman you once were before you became a mom.
You’re meant to walk through⛳️, you’re meant to become a new, evolved version of you🪜❤️.
Being a full time mom doesn’t mean changing diapers and playing with your little one is all you do❌
Just like being a stay at home mom doesn’t mean we just stay home❌
Motherhood is what we make it.
Motherhood is a part of us. We can choose how we Mother. Motherhood starts with you.🫵🏽
