Blast Furnace Productions

Blast Furnace Productions Hardcore, Punk Rock and Metal shows at a location to be determined shortly. Booking and promoting shows happened by pure chance. It was offered to me and I figured, "Why not, the majority of my friends are either involved in the Hardcore scene or are in bands themselves, what do I have to lose."

So with that mindset and expecting absolutely nothing except hopefully a good show, I went for it. After the first ever Hardcore matinee at Lucky 13 Saloon in Brooklyn, I was asked a day or two later when my next show was going to be. I expect no financial gain from this whatsoever. If I can provide a show for bands that truly want to play, I'm more than happy to do so. If it helps the band out I'm happy. With the amount of venues to play within New York City becoming less and less, at least I can say that I'm doing what I can to keep this thing of ours alive. At the end of the day it's all for fun and a good time, but I do take it serious. I expect the bands to as well. Thank you all for the support. Without you coming to shows, there is no scene. Respect... until the next show.

What's up everyone. Facebook has been asking me to choose a "Non Profit Organization" for people to donate to for my birthday (September 5th) for the last week. I'm not doing that. Instead, if you would like to give something to someone in my name for the 43rd trip I'm taking around the sun... here is what I ask you to do. Simply because I know for a fact that every dime will go to where it's intended on going. Here's 2 options and the reasons why.

1. Donate directly to The Outsiders House Museum. Danny O'Connor from House Of Pain / La Coka Nostra bought the house that the movie "The Outsiders" was filmed in and he decided not to live in it or sell it for profit. He decided to create a museum. He has been doing amazing charity work in Tulsa, Oklahoma because of this. Talking to kids in schools and even bringing up the value and quality of life in Tulsa. The city of Tulsa has certain rules like anywhere else when it comes to building that comes out of pocket. So if you choose to, please donate directly to the fund here:

Or the second option... you can donate directly to my PayPal account in order to help me get podcast equipment. I'd like to get a few microphones in order to have more control over the sound of multiple guests... BUT... Whatever you decide to donate to my PayPal account, I will donate half of that to The Outsiders House as well. Thank you for for anything you decide to donate. If not, that's fine too.
