✅️When entering the live, before claiming, please ensure you fill out my loyal shops by commenting REGISTER ‼️‼️
✅️New customers are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $10.00. The $10.00 deposit will go towards your order‼️‼️For the returning customers didn’t pay their prior invoice will have to pay a $25 deposit and it goes towards your purchase.
✅️When claiming any items, my claim word is SOLD, along with the item number. If you wish to pass on everything, please put 'pass' and the item number shown while the live is on, not after the live‼️‼️
✅️Shipping starts at $8.00 and can increase depending on weight and distance. I ship via USPS. My shipping days are Monday & SATURDAY only‼️‼️
✅️Please ensure I have all the correct information at the time of paying your invoice. Not after your items have already been fulfilled & shipped off. Please also ensure you inbox either the business page Heavenly Accessories LLC my personal account Marcella Velez with your correct shipping address. Please don’t pay for your items and not leave me your shipping address‼️‼️
✅️PLEASE NOTE: Once your items are shipped, I am not responsible for any lost and/or stolen packages. Once the package is scanned by USPS, it is completely out of my control‼️‼️
✅️IF AN ITEM IS BROKEN VIA TRANSIT, YOU HAVE WITHIN 2 DAYS TO CONTACT ME ALONG WITH PICTURES. AFTER THE 2 DAYS, THERE WILL BE NO REPLACEMENT AND OR STORE CREDIT‼️‼️
✅️Invoices will be sent directly after the live. All invoices are due immediately. There will be NO HOLDS‼️‼️‼️
✅️Invoices will come from Wave and PayPal invoicing afterpay is available and can be activated if you spend $30 or more‼️‼️

✅️There is a NO GHOSTING POLICY. When I send out your invoice and you view your invoice several times and there’s no communication, your invoice will be CANCELED and you will be BLOCKED‼️‼️

Effective immediately, all invoices must be paid within 4hours of receiving them. No holds or expectations will be accommodated. Unpaid invoices will be canceled after 4 hours.
When your invoice is canceled, you will have to pay-an reinstatement fee of $25 to be able to purchase again from me⁉️
