I found time.. here’s how!

One thing I needed to do today was call a mobile carrier. Wait time was 30+ minutes! I did not want a call back because I usually miss those or go@on to do 500 other things and hate coming back to stuff like this.

I put the phone on speaker, opened this high end real estate in our kitchen, and decided mows the time!

This drawer is used often so it does need to be adjusted more often as well! Tip- if you know it is a high traffic area, just know it’s going to take more maintenance and be ok with that! Not all areas of the house are like this.

Time to put some stuff back in their places in other parts of the house. I love when I can open this up and it looks so pretty, and accessible! This took me 37 minutes from start to finish including cleaning up and putting things away in other places.

And guess what?!

I was still on hold! I was really happy I took advantage of that hold time and made something out of it! You do have the time! You just need to look a little harder for it sometimes! Stack that to-do list and get after it!

✨Closet Refresh ✨
That’s exactly what my most recent appointment was! My client 🤍s clothes and needed a total closet revamp! She loves hanging her clothes up so we made it where ALL of her clothes were hung. This was a long narrow closet and who wants to go all the way to the back?!

No one. No one does!

We organized by season so that everything she will wear now is right in front and closest to the door. Then by type of clothing (long sleeve/short/dress/etc). She decluttered like a PRO and kept only what she loves, wears, and makes her feel great in it! Same with shoes & other accessories. We used command strips to hang hats & bags and then a storage container for out of season shoes to keep them from any dust! Oh, and she did this all while being pregnant… what a rockstar. I’m so happy with the results and it’s all because of the work she put into it and the determination to Get. It. Done!

Four large boxes/totes of tshirts found their new home this weekend! Each section labeled by size, organized by color, and rolled for easy grabbing when wanting to make a tshirt on the fly! She’s a beaut, Clark!

I know, I know. I've been busy with posts today! When I have a break in time from Real Estate, that's when I get to make these amazing updates and announcements about my clients just CRUSHING it time after time! It's truly amazing how determined each person is and it just fuels me to want to do more! Two more spaces DONE!

Comment below with the "pain point" place in your house! With the "new normal" of working from home, I'd be curious to see how many people respond with the office area!

Highschool/College paperwork, awards, trophies, newspaper clippings, etc, etc, etc! Bins on bins on bins!!!

4 hours, two boxes of donations, 6 garbage bags, 5 EMPTY totes, we have it decluttered and organized!

Out of this, my brother and his wife have had a couple projects they have wanted to do but haven’t been able to with all the clutter. Now those projects are neatly consolidated and they can work on them
Easily in their free time.. and after years of waiting, get them done! *disclaimer… Gretch is SUPER ORGANIZED… this was just tons of stuff to go through from past years. Just because you use Nice & Neat Living doesn’t mean you aren’t a pro, it just means you want some help to tackle a much needed area!!

GARAGE DECLUTTER & ORGANIZATION!

Goal was to declutter, and have everything labeled and organized with easy access to what was needed/used most. We were able to accomplish all of this! Check out the before & after pics. And… look at all of these empty bins!!! Boom! Another Client that was motivated and accomplished everything we needed to! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Hate having your toothbrushes and toothpaste out on the counter but don’t know where to store them?! Try this!

Each person gets a little basket (found this pack of 3 at Target for $2).

👍🏼No toothbrushes touch!
👍🏼they are off the counter!
👍🏼easy to clean!
👍🏼still easy access in the top drawer!

Did a FULL kitchen declutter for a client yesterday. She ROCKED it!!! Multiple bins of donations, a couple bags of trash and recycling, and 4 hours later, she has a fresh, ✨Nice & Neat✨ kitchen!!

👇🏼tip: buy some little command strip hooks and hang up all your measuring cups! This is the door to my cooking/baking cabinet and I love the convenience of seeing exactly what cup I need and being able to neatly put it back. Also, I use this spice rack for most used spices for easy access!

Might sounds funny but I just ❤️ opening this door to see the layout. Crazy how something so simple can do so much for your mind!
