We are beyond grateful to announce that U Matter Magazine has been selected to cover the photography for Lauren Daigle's concert tomorrow in Waco, TX, at the Paul and Alejandra Foster Pavilion at Baylor University. We will be capturing still shots and video footage, and we can't even express how much were looking forward to this experience. Lauren Daigle is incredibly anointed, and we know the presence of God will fill the venue. This marks our second time covering Lauren, and it’s such an honor to be in her presence again. Did you know she’s a two-time GRAMMY®, seven-time Billboard Music, four-time American Music, and 12-time GMA Dove Award winner? What a blessing!

🎉 Exciting Update! 🎉 As we get ready to celebrate the one-year anniversary of U Matter Magazine, I wanted to share some fantastic changes coming your way. Starting in January 2026, we will be launching U Matter Quarterly, which will be released four times a year instead of twice. Additionally, we’re transitioning to a digital-only format! This shift will allow us to release U Matter more frequently, enabling us to support more businesses and nonprofit organizations while spreading the message of Jesus. In today’s digital landscape, we believe going completely digital is the best approach. This change will provide our readers with easier access and eliminate the stress of fundraising for printing costs, as many individuals struggle to contribute due to financial constraints. We’re excited that this will help us support our community at no cost while sharing the good news of Jesus. Please keep us in your prayers as we navigate these exciting changes! 😇

Here are a few photos we captured at the "Sounds of Freedom: Welcome to the Barbecue" Juneteenth Celebration in College Station, TX. We here at U Matter Magazine had a great time covering this wonderful event, particularly witnessing how the kids were able to learn about Juneteenth. They also participated in a Q&A session during the roundtable discussion with DJ Michael "5000" Watts and artist KYLE. Both musicians offered valuable advice to the kids, and it was truly inspiring to see these successful individuals share their wisdom and love with the next generation. After the discussions, the kids enjoyed a tasty barbecue lunch. A heartfelt thank you to Frederick White and the entire volunteer team for all your hard work for the community. This embodies the mission of U Matter!

We had an amazing time at the 17th Annual Community Softball Classic hosted by the B/CS Chamber of Commerce! Congratulations to the Bryan and College Station Fire Departments for taking home the win. Both teams played exceptionally well for a fantastic cause: raising awareness for the 100 Club. This nonprofit organization provides financial assistance to the families of fallen first responders. We at U Matter Magazine are thrilled to have been part of this incredible event!😃
