This stunning 39-unit affordable housing development in Salem, Oregon—meaning “Good Valley Homes” in the Chinook dialect—brings vital homes to the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians. Built on 8.8 acres of trust land, it features 51% of units for households below 80% of the national median income, fostering community and partnership with the City of Salem. Recently celebrated with a ribbon-cutting, it’s already home to enrolled tribal members addressing the urgent housing needs in the region.

Last week the Wing Walker Aerial LLC team was onsite in Tacoma, Washington capturing high-accuracy Aerial LIDAR for topographic mapping and design. Partnering with a talented local civil engineering firm, we delivered centimeter-level accuracy across the entire project area — turning terrain into clean, actionable data for planning, grading, and permitting.
