So bold of Kurt to leave out the part that Brandon told you of this incident as the reason Brand became an attorney when Kurt took Brandon out to dinner when he first started.

The train police saw his car parked and suspected the worst. And Kurt leaves out the part where him and his father were worried that it was similar incident that happened on whetstone due to the train making an emergency stop, and that Brandon would have to move his DYING mother off her death bed if there was an evacuation?

How about that he was being a diligent son and making sure his mother was safe and was in his PJs. His mother died shortly after, and since most of his and his family’s money went to taking care of her, he couldn’t afford an attorney, and plead to diversion so he could spend his time taking care of his mother before she died, instead of wasting his time and money in court fighting his innocence.

It’s weird, especially that when Kurt’s mom was on her death bed, actively dying, he found the time to write and attend court hearings on the day she died for records requests that he lost. Weird. Whose priorities were in the right place?
