โจ Cheeseburger Stuffed Garlic Bread โจ
Lovelies no introduction to this one as honestly I just need you to run and make this as soon as you possibly can ๐๐ฎโ๐จ
Alll the deliciousness of a Cheeseburger, but with the JOY of garlic bread??? Itโs also incredibly easy and quick to make ๐

๐ Serves 2 (as a main meal)
๐ 602 Calories & 39.4g of Protein
โจ 250g 5% Fat Beef Mince
โจ 2tbsp Ketchup
โจ 1 tbsp Yellow American Mustard
โจ 2 tbsp Gherkins, diced (optional)
โจ 1/2tbsp Onion Granules
โจ 20g reduced Fat Cheddar
โจ 30g grated Mozzarella
โจ 1 pre-made Garlic Baguette (I used )
- Start by adding your mince to a hot pan and allow to cook for a few minutes until almost fully browned; add in your onion granules along with a good pinch of salt and pepper and cook for another minute.
- Add your ketchup, mustard, gherkins and cheddar to your mince, mix well and allow to cook for another couple of minutes.
- Cut your garlic baguette down the middle to create space for your mince mixture, but be sure to not cut all the way through to the bottom.
- Spoon your mince filling into the centre of the garlic bread, press down to get and even layer and then top with your mozzarella.
Then simply bake (or air fry) at 200c for around 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly! Then dive on in and enjoy ๐ฅฐ
