โœจ Cheeseburger Stuffed Garlic Bread โœจ

Lovelies no introduction to this one as honestly I just need you to run and make this as soon as you possibly can ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

Alll the deliciousness of a Cheeseburger, but with the JOY of garlic bread??? Itโ€™s also incredibly easy and quick to make ๐Ÿ˜

๐Ÿ“Œ SAVE SAVE SAVE to give it a go โค๏ธ

๐Ÿ“ Serves 2 (as a main meal)
๐Ÿ“ 602 Calories & 39.4g of Protein

โœจ 250g 5% Fat Beef Mince
โœจ 2tbsp Ketchup
โœจ 1 tbsp Yellow American Mustard
โœจ 2 tbsp Gherkins, diced (optional)
โœจ 1/2tbsp Onion Granules
โœจ 20g reduced Fat Cheddar
โœจ 30g grated Mozzarella
โœจ 1 pre-made Garlic Baguette (I used )

- Start by adding your mince to a hot pan and allow to cook for a few minutes until almost fully browned; add in your onion granules along with a good pinch of salt and pepper and cook for another minute.

- Add your ketchup, mustard, gherkins and cheddar to your mince, mix well and allow to cook for another couple of minutes.

- Cut your garlic baguette down the middle to create space for your mince mixture, but be sure to not cut all the way through to the bottom.

- Spoon your mince filling into the centre of the garlic bread, press down to get and even layer and then top with your mozzarella.

Then simply bake (or air fry) at 200c for around 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly! Then dive on in and enjoy ๐Ÿฅฐ

โœจ One Pan Chicken & Chorizo Rice โœจ
Sometimes I think the simplest recipes are the best and this super easy chicken & chorizo rice is my fave example of that ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ

Nothing fancy, nothing crazily creative but itโ€™s absolutely delicious, packed full of protein, incredibly easy to make, using simple ingredients and is absolutely perfect for meal prep โค๏ธ

๐Ÿ“Œ Donโ€™t forget to SAVE to give it a go ๐Ÿฅฐ

๐Ÿ“ Makes 3 portions (easily doubled)
๐Ÿ“ 459 Calories & 49.4g Protein per serving

โœจ500g Chicken Breast, diced
โœจ100g Chorizo, sliced
โœจ1 Red Onion, finely diced
โœจ 1 Pepper, finely sliced
โœจ 1 tbsp Garlic Granules + Paprika
โœจ250g Basmati Rice, uncooked
โœจ600ml hot Chicken Stock
โœจ Lemon Juice & Fresh Parsley, to serve

- To start spray a pan well with some cooking spray, add in your chorizo and allow to cook for a few minutes until the oils released; add in your chicken and allow to cook for a few more minutes.

- Next add in your onions and peppers and continued fry for about five minutes over a medium to high heat until they have softened; add in your garlic granules and paprika, along with a good pinch of salt, and cook for another few minutes.

- Add in your uncooked rice, stir to coat with the flavours in the pan before pouring over your hot chicken stock; bring to a boil then reduce the heat, pop on a lid and allow to simmer for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender, adding a little more liquid if needed.

Serve up with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a sprinkle of freshly chopped parsley ๐Ÿฅฐโค๏ธ
