After 117 years, the Measer family is passing their legacy of Bee Group Newspapers to Sample News Group. Trey Measer is set to retire after 52+ years. Sample News Group, known for its commitment to community journalism, will carry on Bee Group’s tradition of local news in Western New York. The transition, set for December 2, marks a new chapter in the Bee’s deep-rooted community presence.
