WE'VE MOVED!!! After 10 amazing years in Burbank, Nvisionate Studios has officially moved to a new, larger facility in North Hollywood as of March 2025! Our new building will feature 3 separate stages, with new sets built entirely from scratch!!

STAGE 1 IS OPEN NOW!! Featuring our hospital room with double beds, exam room, hallway, nurse's station, waiting room, executive office, house with bedroom & bathroom, office cubicles, and conference room! And our new beautiful green room & makeup room!

STAGE 2 - COMING JULY! Featuring Jail Cells, Interrogation Room, Jail Visitation Room, Police Station Bullpen, Captain's Office, Courtroom, Civic Hallway, Bar/Restaurant, and Apartment. Stage 2 also has its own green room and makeup room, as well as a production office and VIP holding room!

STAGE 3 - COMING WINTER 2025! Our final stage will be available as an add-on to either stage, and feature an exterior Backlot, White C*c, Coffee Shop, Convenience Store, Dentist Office, Diner, Airplane Seats, and more!!

One of our tools in the fight against Covid - the Atomizer gun. Our staff pretend to be Men In Black and spray all our sets and equipment in between crews with an eco-friendly, EPA-approved antiseptic that kills all viruses and bacteria in just minutes!

In case you weren't sure, we wanted to let you know that Nvisionate Studios is open again for filming! The last 2 months since production has been allowed to resume in LA County, we have had a lot of shoots, all of whom were able to successfully film while maintaining crew safety and comfort, and we continue to do everything necessary to ensure a safe work space for all of our clients! We have implemented the following protocols to keep your cast & crew safe while filming at our studio:

- Our staff are trained in all CDC and LA County Health Guidelines.
- Our admin staff have received Covid Compliance Officer training.
- Our staff wear masks at all times and follow strict hygiene protocols.
- Our staff get regular Covid tests and check our temperatures at the start of every shift.
- We sanitize all common touch surfaces and equipment between crews and scouts.
- We have installed high-powered UV lighting systems throughout the studio for additional disinfection between crews.
- We provide hand sanitizer stations at all entrances, as well as in the green room and makeup room (5 total).
- We continue to handle all booking reservations and payment details via email for a contactless booking experience.
- Our staff will be available during your shoot to answer any questions, but aside from the initial walk-through and during wrap, will remain in our office the majority of the time to limit contact.

Crew Guidelines
- We ask all crews to follow the recommendations provided by the CDC as well as production guidelines from LA County regarding social distancing, wearing PPE at all times, and on-set protocols.
- All cast & crew must wear a mask at all times, except for on-camera talent during and after makeup application.
- Productions must conduct health checks for all cast & crew entering facility. A non-contact thermometer is available on request.
- We ask cast & crew to limit contact with unnecessary items, and only touch equipment or props required.

Another perfect annual Fire Marshal inspection of our studio today! The Fire Marshal kept saying how clean and organized our studio was compared to so many he visits every day, so we'll take the compliment! :) That's now 5 years in a row that we are a Burbank Fire Department approved "Permanent Production Location", which saves you money on not requiring a safety officer on-site for most shoots!
