We are excited to share that Cartoon Brew has officially premiered the trailer for SABA ahead of its World Premiere at the Tribeca Festival.
Directed by DreamWorks veteran Liron Topaz, SABA was produced at Neko Films, the film division of Neko Productions, as part of our mission to create meaningful, artist-driven stories that connect with audiences around the world.
This traditionally animated short film was brought to life by an incredible international team of artists, including some of the industry’s leading talent, with credits across beloved animated films including How to Train Your Dragon, The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, The Iron Giant, Klaus, The Bad Guys, and many more.
SABA explores the universal themes of family, memories, love, and the connections that stay with us across generations.
From the first idea to the final frame, this project has been a labor of love and a celebration of what animation does best: tell stories that transcend borders, cultures, and languages.
