Outside the Burlington City Council meeting, Andre Clark, MPH (Founder: Street CATs Burlington) exercises his First Amendment rights by recording in public. 💪 Clark says, "Dr Rick Hildebrant at the substance use conference reaffirmed the state's commitment to syringe services programs, so good luck! We're not going anywhere." Street CATs Burlington is a volunteer organization that partners with other local organizations to get clothes, food, water, and other supplies to the unhoused population.
