Physical and mental strength training ✌🏼

As a homeschooling mom to 4 kids, life can feel pretty chaotic at times, but it’s all about your reaction to it. You’re training their response with yours. I’ve realized that if I want my kids to be resilient, I need to be resilient too. I’m tired of blaming all of our problems on being “overstimulated” as moms.
