We are Las Cruces Food Trucks. Our restaurants have been in Burnsville (Yummi Cafe) and in Spruce Pine (Las Cruces Fusion Restaurant).

We have returned to Burnsville with our 2 foo trucks. One will serve our gourmet style food which is currently operating at 645 W US HWY 19E Bypass at the Car Crazy wash. It is the Good for the soul food truck. And our other truck will be our Bad to the bone food truck which will serve our street food. Tacos, Nachos, Hot dogs and more. This truck will be operational in early 23. Combined our truck

s will serve the freshest possible ingredients we can source. Our goal is to grow and source our ingredients locally as we grow.

At Las Cruces we offer a variety of different seafood platters ranging from our Shrimp and Mahi-Mahi tacos to our awesome Alaskan sockeye Sal Mar salmon platter. We also have our mahi-mahi Playa Linda and Coasta Terra shrimp bowls and delicious Bullion Mar Scallops platter.
Come out and treat yourself to a seafood feast today in the middle of Spruce Pine.

We have a large selection of Vegetarian, Vegan and gluten free options.
We offer organic where we can like salads, carrots, milks, eggs and more. Our salsa and dishes are made fresh everyday with absolutely no cans or processed anything.
It cost us a little more but we know we are offering our best like you would from a tradition Latin kitchen.
