A SLOW HURRICANE SEASON - nearly every metric we look at going into a season shows a positive trend for a slow season. El Niño will start (likely achieving Super Nino), water temperatures continue to run cooler in important spots, dry air is likely to dominate the tropical Atlantic, wind shear will be an issue.
