Looking to hire technicians starting pay of $20-25/ hour. Benefits along the way as well including paid for health insurance after certain amount of days, take home company work truck with a fuel card, commissions possible, bonus pay is also possible for install crew as well.
A little about us
We started this business a little over a year ago off of all personal and home warranty clients. We’ve now grown out of home warranty clients and are all new home construction or personal jobs 90% of our work is new homes though. The #1 rule is we do it right the first time so we don’t have to go back again.
There will be a slight background check pulled. To get a company truck you must be 18 years of age and have had a valid license for over 1 year in total. Some tools and other most misc items are paid for by the company as well including buying you personal tools as well on some occasions. Bonus for working with a small business and that’s on top of your hourly pay/ bonuses.
We usually average a minimum of 40 hours per week all the way up to 60+ hours recently. Experience is a must for this position including epa universal.
