Cooking some today and storing the rest. Nothing beats the taste of fresh eggs, especially when you know your hens are well cared for and fed the good stuff.

Between the happy little clucks, fresh eggs, and watching them run for snacks like tiny dinosaurs… they’ve become one of my favorite parts of our little country life.
