~ BBQ Bacon Chicken ~
6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
6 Pieces Thick Cut Peppered Bacon
( Fried And Grease Discarded )
Pico de gallo To Top Chicken
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Garlic Powder To Taste
15 TBS BBQ Sauce Of Choice
Pinch Of Dried Chives For Each Chicken Breast
8 oz Bag of Shredded Mexican Cheese or Pepper Jack
In A Pan Cook And Brown Bacon Until Crispy And Set Aside (Discard Grease or save for another dish )
Sprinkle Each Chicken Breast With Salt,Pepper And Garlic Powder! Grill Chicken Until Juices Run Clear.
Then Transfer The Chicken To A Baking Sheet And Top Each Chicken Breast With 3 TBS Of BBQ Sauce And A Slice Of Cooked Bacon And Top With A Handful Of Cheese. Put In A 350° Oven And Cook For 5 Mins Until Cheese Is Melted.
Once You Take It Out Of The Oven Top It With Dried Chives And Pico de gallo.
