🍏🍎🍏 Granny's Apple Cake 🍎🍏🍎

🍎 2/3 cup sugar
🍎 3 TBS. sugar for sprinkling top of cake
🍎 1 stick soften butter
🍎 2 eggs
🍎 1 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
🍎 3 tbsp apple juice
🍎 1 cup all-purpose flour
🍎 1 teaspoon baking powder
🍎 1/4 teaspoon salt
🍎 2 apples, peeled, cored and cut into cubes

Top cake:

🍏 Powdered sugar for topping

Grease a 9” round pan.
In a mixing bowl, mix together sugar, butter and eggs, vanilla, and apple juice. Next add in flour, baking powder, and salt mix till just combined. Stir in chopped apples.Put into your 9" pan and top cake with 2-3 Tablespoons of sugar evenly over the top.
Bake on 350°for 40 minutes Let cool about 10 mins flip out and top with powder sugar.

🥧🥧🥧 Chocolate Chess Pie 🥧🥧🥧

2 deep dish pie shells
3 c. sugar
½ c. cocoa
¼ c. Self-Rising Flour
1 stick butter, melted
4 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
1 T. vanilla

Mix sugar, flour, cocoa and butter together. Add eggs one at a time while mixing until well combined. Add vanilla and heavy cream and milk and mix well. Bake at 350℉ for 35-40 minutes.

🫓 3/4 cup self rising flour
🫓 1 cup white lily self rising white cornmeal
🫓 1 large egg
🫓 1 small white onion chopped
🫓 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
🫓 1/4 tsp. onion powder
🫓 1/4 tsp. old bay
🫓 1 Tbs. sugar
🫓 3/4 cup whole buttermilk
🫓 Canola oil for frying

Mix everything together. Heat oil to 375° drop batter by the tablespoon into the oil until golden brown.

🍪🍪🍪 Biscoff Finger Cookie 🍪🍪🍪

🍪 4 1/2 cups all purpose flour
🍪 1 tsp. Baking soda
🍪 1 tsp. Baking powder
🍪 2 tsp. Cinnamon
🍪 2 1/2 sticks of soften butter
🍪 1 cup brown sugar
🍪 1 cup white sugar
🍪 3 extra large eggs beaten
🍪 1 cup pecans chopped

In a mixer add eggs and sugar and butter mix until fluffy. Next add cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and mix a few seconds. Next add flour in a little at a time mixing after each time. Once all mixed in add in pecans and mix till combined. Put dough in fridge overnight. The next morning put a little powder sugar down on your counter and flatten dough to make into 2 rectangle logs about 8-9 inch long. About inch to 1 1/2 inch thick. (Like biscotti) Cut into slices about 1 1/2 inch wide. Don't put them close together they will spread. Cook 350° for 12-15 mins.

🍲🍲🍲 Swamp Soup 🍲🍲🍲

2 TBS Bacon Grease
2 packs of Smoked Sausage Sliced
1 onion diced
1 TBS. minced garlic
8 cups chicken stock
3 TBS. Butter
2 packets of Lipton vegetable mix ( 1 box of 2)
2 15 oz cans Great Northern beans drained
2 15 oz cans white kidney beans drained
2 15 oz cans collard greens undrained
1 Tsp. Pepper
1 Tsp. Hot sauce
2 cups elbow macaroni

In a pot saute onions and smoked sausage until sausage is brown and onions are soften. Next add in garlic cook for another 2 mins. Next add in chicken stock and butter and Lipton vegetable mixes cook for 10 mins. Now add in your beans, collard, pepper, hot sauce let cook for 20 mins on med low heat with lid on. After 20 mins add in your macaroni and cook until noodles are done.

🍫🍫🍫 Chocolate Bacon Scones 🍫🍫🍫

🍫 2 cups flour
🍫 1/4 cup sugar
🍫 1 tablespoon baking powder
🍫 1/2 teaspoon salt
🍫 6 tbsp cold butter cut into chunks
🍫 1/2 cup milk
🍫 1/2 cup half & half
🍫 11/4 tsp vanilla
🍫 5 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
🍫 1/2 cup chocolate chips

In your mixer mix your sugar and cold butter for about 2 mins. Next add salt and vanilla and mix for a few seconds. Next add in your flour and baking powder mix up for about 1 min. Next add in milk and half and half mix till combined than toss in bacon and chocolate mix just a few seconds. Put dough onto a lightly floured surface. Press dough into a circle and cut into 8 pieces like a pie. Place about an inch apart on a cookie sheet. Bake on 400° for 16 minutes let cool about 10 mins then drizzle with glaze.

Glaze:
🍫 1 cup powdered sugar
🍫 1 tablespoon maple syrup
🍫 2-3 tablespoons milk

Mix everything together in glaze and drizzle on top once scones are cooled some about 15 mins

🍎 1 Box Of Spice Cake
🍎 Half Bag Of Caramel Bits
🍎 2 Sticks Of Melted Butter

In The Bottom Of a 9×13 Pan Spread Your Apple Pie Filling Acrossed The Bottom And Sprinkle Your Apple Pie Spice On Top Of The Apples.

Next Sprinkle Your Caramel Bits On Top Of Your Spiced Apples. Do Not Stir Any Of The Ingredients Just Layer. Now Sprinkle The Cake Mix On Top And Then Drizzle Your Melted Butter On Top Of The Cake Mix. Cook On 350° For 45-50 Mins

🍫 2 1/2 cups white sugar
🍫 5 eggs
🍫 1 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
🍫 1 1/4 cups butter, melted
🍫 1 1/4 cups flour
🍫 3/4 cup baking cocoa
🍫 3/4 tsp. baking powder
🍫 3/4 tsp. salt
🍫 1 cup chocolate chips

Optional:
🍫 1 cup chopped pecans, optional

Grease a jellyroll sheet pan. In a mixer, beat sugar, eggs, and vanilla mix 2 mins. Next add melted butter and mix for another 2 mins. Next add cocoa and salt mix until incorporated. Next add in flour and baking powder beat until just combined don't over beat.
Stir in chocolate chips and pecans. Pour into greased pan. Bake in 350° preheated oven for 25 minutes. Let set in pan for 5 mins before cutting

🎃🎃🎃 Granny's Pumpkin Cake 🎃🎃🎃

🎃 1 1/2 Cups of flour
🎃 1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
🎃 3 Eggs
🎃 3/4 Cup of vegetable oil
🎃 3/4 tsp. Baking soda
🎃 1/8 tsp. Salt
🎃 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
🎃 1 ( 15 oz) Pumpkin
🎃 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Mix everything together and cook on 350° for 45 mins

Cream Cheese Icing:

🎂 8 oz. Cream cheese softened
🎂 1 Stick of soften butter
🎂 3 1/2 cups of powdered sugar

Mix everything together. Frost cake when cooled.
