**Who is that one friend who always interrupts your conversations in groups? 👇**
In group settings, conversations usually flow naturally. People take turns, listen, and respond. It feels balanced because everyone gets space to speak and be heard.
But sometimes one person constantly breaks that flow. She cuts in mid-sentence, shifts the topic, or redirects attention before you even finish speaking. Over time I realized that interruption isn’t always random — it can be a way to control attention in the room 💭
🔍 Signs someone may be interrupting to control attention
Here are patterns I started noticing 👇
1️⃣ She cuts you off before you finish speaking
2️⃣ 🌿 Topics change suddenly when you’re talking
3️⃣ She redirects conversations toward herself
4️⃣ 💬 Your points remain incomplete in discussions
5️⃣ She speaks over you during group conversations
6️⃣ 🔍 Attention shifts away from you quickly
7️⃣ She adds her story before yours ends
8️⃣ ✨ Conversations become one-sided around her
9️⃣ She rarely lets silence stay after you speak
🔟 Control becomes more important than listening
