Recently, I had the incredible opportunity to write a Wikipedia page for the esteemed Robert Barclay, a published author whose work has left a lasting impact in his field. Writing his story, highlighting his contributions, and ensuring that his legacy is captured in a way that resonates with a global audience was both an honor and a privilege.

For me, it’s not just about the words—it’s about the intention behind them, drawn from the people, the stories, and the journeys they represent. At some point, I stopped wondering what I was meant to be doing, trying to fit into roles that didn’t feel right because deep down, I realized I was meant to write. Writing isn’t just what I do; it’s who I am and how I connect with the world.

Whether it’s a sales page, a heartfelt email sequence, a purposeful e-book, or a Wikipedia entry, each project allows me to step into a new world, learn something new, and then share it with others in a way that feels authentic and impactful.

Writing for different platforms keeps my creative spirit alive. I feel most aligned with my purpose in these moments, where I get to blend research with storytelling. Every client I work with, and every story I tell reflects their trust in me to carry their message forward. And for that, I am deeply grateful.

If you’re curious to learn more about Robert Barclay and his incredible contributions as a published author, I invite you to check out the Wikipedia page I had the opportunity to write 👇

WORKING AS A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT HELPS ME BE A STAY AT HOME MOM

I have an extensive background in Marketing, Advertising, and Office Coordination. I am driven, and detail-oriented. I can anticipate possible objections, stay customer-focused and actively listen to clients to ensure that I have an understanding of what needs they have so that I can respond properly and effectively. I am extremely organized, excellent time-management abilities, handling coordinating and planning, promoting, branding, decision making, managing multiple projects, problem-solving, researching, ample experience with digital and print media, direct marketing, social media marketing/advertising, scheduling, and handling office correspondence.

After having my son, I found it hard for many different reasons to want and financially be able to go back to work, yes the paychecks are great, but the daycare cost would have put me in a position where I would have been basically volunteering because my paychecks would of went directly to the daycare cost.. I always loved the idea of finding a work from home position, but let's be real - how many times do you find "legit" work from home jobs these days? I started finding some freelance projects every so often, some would last for individual projects, sometimes a month at most, but I needed to find some consistency. I wanted to be a stay-at-home mom, but the reality was I needed an income too. Just like that, one day the universe was actually in my favor, and a job fell in my lap. I am a (PT) Virtual Assistant for a Start-Up. Which I love! But I also love $$ (get real who doesn't haha) so I decided to make the jump and start my own Virtual Assistant business so that I could take on additional projects.

The biggest benefit of being a Virtual Assistant lief is FLEXIBILITY! Stay-at-home Moms have it hard, Working moms have it HARD. The flexibility of freelancing makes that a little bit easier, I want to continue being able to have the ability to care for my family both financially and physically. Real talk too... I have ZERO COMMUTE!

I now get to thrive at my strengths and learn and grow more skills.
