Complex Regional Pain Syndrome looks different for all of us who are disgnosed, but it doesn’t feel different. That deep, burning pain that won’t let up is something that is unexplainable. This disease rates as the highest on any pain scale, did there are very few effective treatment options covered by insurance.

I had some fun cooking on Sunday and I created my first cooking video where I walk through exactly how I make my melt in your mouth Hawaiian Sweet Rolls at home! I absolutely love to cook, but I don’t do it as much because of my CRPS. I’ve been trying to get back to it now that I am feeling better and since I love to create content, I decided to start adding it in!

I created 2 video tutorials since it’s a multi-step process. Here is the first one (this was turned into a short by YouTube, but full version is belowl). I will also share the second one soon too!

For some reason, Facebook would not let me post this the other day so I am trying again! This was one of my favorite rides as a child though I couldn’t bear go on it as an adult now! I love this picture because there are so many different emotions going on!

I had the best seat in the house so I wanted to share it!! Since my daughter was playing base I was right there with her and I could not complain about it! So much fun and such an amazing turnout!

So proud of these kids! This was during their warm up before the Christmas parade started yesterday! It was so fun to be a part of and I’m incredibly grateful that physically, I was able to walk the enter parade route and stand for many hours during the day!

It was so cold to start the day! My goodness, my poor fingers and toes were not happy to start off! But we had so much of fun and the kids did an amazing job! I will be sharing more videos from the event soon!
