In Phase 1.1 of my postpartum workout series, we begin our work strengthening the deep core. This phase of classes is Pilates-based, focusing on using breathwork to properly engage our deep core and pelvic floor.

You'll find a mix of total body Pilates classes and shorter classes focused on deep core, addressing rib flare, pelvic floor issues, and more.

In this intro video I break down this Phase of workouts, and also talk about specific considerations (diastasis recti, prolapse and other pelvic floor issues, c-section delivery vs vaginal, and more).
