Listing goal unlocked. Toady we surpassed $230k listed value!!!

Next milestone is $250k. How long until we get there??? What will our listed value be to kick off Q4?

Sales are steady, not surprising when we're listing.

Right now we're selling Halloween, Football (equipment and fan gear), Thermals and fall clothing, and winter boots to Alaska and upstate New York.

I'm alternating listing sessions between the equestrian buyout, football gear and Halloween.

Just stared Vinted and doing ok. If the single Halloween costumes don't comp well for eBay they will go on Vinted, same with lower value fall items.

Time for a listing break to fire up the new grill (Walmart clearance floor model already assembled) and spend time outside.

I'm continuing to work through the equestrian store buyout.

This one was interesting because they closed the warehouse but kept the online store open. The online sales were pulled and shipped from the stores throughout the liquidation sale at deeply discounted prices. The location I purchased sold over 150 pairs of boots in 2 weeks between loacal and online sales.

Next up is boots. I got 11 pairs of adult boots and 4 kids. The kids MSRP is $46-50. The adults MSRP is $230, $380 or $499. Receipt for the boots in the comments.

I will list these at MSRP with free (1 day) shipping and free returns. BIN, offers accepted. Top rated seller plus. 5% offers auto sent to buyers. Store wide bundle discounts. 5%/15%/20%. I also donate 10% of every sale to Community Care Collective through eBay charity.

I use this pricing strategy for most of my liquidation buys. As we hit Q4 I'll decide if an additional discount sale makes sense.

Equestrian 🐎 is a category that isn't often discounted so I imagine I will get closer to the asking price on many of these items.

Because the store was open online with deep discounts these might not sell as quickly. People could have purchased them at a discount over the last month.

I also got about 60 pairs of Horse Bell Boots. The MSRP is in the $20 range so not worth the price to ship.

I listed them on marketplace and will see how that goes.

I'll get a full number breakdown once it's all listed. My fatigue has been unreal these last few weeks so it's slower than I want it to be.

My realtor called this a linen closet 😂 it's the temporary home for A inventory. Baseball Hats, tights, leggings, swimsuits, winter hats, gloves, scarves, bras, underwear, belts and so much more!

Yesterday and today I had pretty intense fatigue including a PT appointment.

My goal was to list items from the equestrian 🐎 bulk buy but it's an unfamiliar category and my cognition was not very sharp or focused.

Instead I did make the leap to Vinted. Listing is kind of a no brainer over there.

I listed a handful of Halloween costumes that I have in multiple qualities. If one sells on Vinted I don't have to worry if it sells on eBay at the same time.

Can I relist on Vinted if I sell one and have more of the same?

I listed some other random things that aren't on eBay and not a priority in my listing triage.

eBay must have been stalking me and got jealous. eBay gave me 8 sales so far today in an attempt to win me back.

I'm hoping to kick off the September list-a-thon tomorrow after a restful sleep. Dreaming of the Q4 cha-ching.

As I gain Independence and capacity I realize how much it takes for me to be out in the world.

I'm hoping this simple accessibility accommodation grows into even more freedom and independence.

Having a not so visible disability is interesting.

Many people assume I am training Star (my service dog 🐕‍🦺) for someone else.

I am often told that I don't look or act disabled.

Or given unsolicited medical advice and sworn cures.

I am grateful for every day and I'm grateful I get to be a reseller.

I'm hopeful for more recovery, independence and capacity and I am ok if this is the most I get.

We did a small thrift stop after the DMV and lunch on the town.

We might get up a few listings or we might call it a night.

Halloween bulk buy update.

In April I bought new Halloween costumes from another reseller. These are originally from the Party City liquidation.

I drove to New Mexico and picked up 867 costumes for $450. A cost of $0.52 each.

Total quantity listed - 867

Unique listings - 53

Listed price $13.99-$69.99

Total listed value $22,636

I offer free shipping

10% of every sale is donated to Community Care Collective through eBay charity.

I anticipate my payout will average 50% of listed value. This accounts for shipping, donation and offers.

When I sell 5% of the costumes ($1,132) and get a 50% payout I'll be at $566. That will put me $116 in the profit.

It is Halloween season and I would love to sell a significant portion of the costumes in the next 60 days.

I will adjust prices as necessary.

As we move into October I'll decide if doing a pop up market makes sense.

Last year I sold every Halloween costume I listed so I have been grabbing costumes from the bins all year. I have maybe another 75 single quantity pre-owned costume to list real quick.

I also bought 325 dog and cat costumes 90% off clearance last November. Those are all listed

I have to finish these edits and get all the listings live.

I have an exciting bulk buy early tomorrow morning. It's a new to me category and I can't wait!

I set up the eBay bundle last week and had my first bundle sale. I think I set it at 5%/15%/20% store wide.

I haven't experienced it as a buyer yet. Does eBay let the buyer know you bundle and direct them to you store?

My COG is $1 a pair on these shoes. I'll take it!
