Good morning friends 🌞

Today on the chronicles of what does my child do at ridiculous times in the morning...

Before 6am he came in and woke me up to tell me he needs to go to chuck e cheese... They are closed my friend and you have school.

He wants a milkshake... We don't have milkshakes for breakfast bud.

He wants to go play bubbles... Bro my eyes aren't even open and the sun is barely out.

He needs his tablet... Nah bro you need to go get ready for school but like we can go back to sleep for like an hour.

No sleep, get up mommy... Okay bud go have breakfast... Coffee.. absolutely not dude. You may never need coffee in your life because why are we this awake right now 🤣🤦‍♀️

Honestly though... I wouldn't trade these early morning rambles because he's talking more and it's leading to actual conversation some days 💙

What started as me simply sharing our life — the chaos, the laughter, the hard days, the sensory overload, the wins that others may not always see — has turned into a community I never expected but desperately needed.

From autism parenting moments and sensory hacks, to safe foods, Disney tips, messy house reality, healing from childhood trauma, dog mom chaos, and chasing dreams that honestly scare me sometimes… thank you for being here for all of it. ❤️

This journey has reminded me that there is power in being authentic. In showing up as the overstimulated, coffee-fueled, appointment-scheduling, snack-carrying, stay-at-home autism mama that I am. And somehow, through all the vulnerability and chaos, you all found me.

To every comment, share, message, follow, and person who has ever said “me too” — thank you. You’ve helped turn this little corner of the internet into a safe space filled with understanding, humor, support, and acceptance.

I feel like it's a requirement to get your child Oh the places you'll go when they are graduating kindergarten so I grabbed it today and I'm feeling all the feels.

"Oh, the Places You'll Go! You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose."

I can't believe my 2020 baby is heading to first grade. It was such a wild time to have a baby but here we are 6 years later... 🥹🩵

Good morning friends ☀️

The chaos is full blown this morning. We have been up since 5am and everything I ask him to do leads to a meltdown.

The end of the school year is so chaotic, the routine goes out the window and regulation is harder to achieve.

The dog won't stay out of his room, he has to p*e every 5 seconds but not really... It's just an excuse he uses to get up from eating breakfast.

This mama is tired and cranky.

Is the bus here yet? 😂
