I got an early birthday present today from my sweet husband!

THE BLUE indiana stars and bars fairy lamp!

I have been on the hunt for one of these FOREVER!!!! I am so so happy I can add it to my collection now.

🏡✨ Come estate sale shopping with me! This one was SO cute and absolutely packed with vintage treasures. There was something to look at in every corner, but I immediately fell in love with the colorful Fiesta pitchers 😍🌈 They’re such a fun way to add a little vintage color to a kitchen or dining room!

And can we talk about that needlepoint frame?! 🧵🤎 I love finding handmade pieces like this at estate sales. There’s just something so special about the time and personality that went into them.

✨ LET’S GO THRIFTING IN WOODSTOCK, GEORGIA! ✨

Today’s stop was (NLB) No Longer Bound Thrift Store in Woodstock, GA, and there were SO many fun vintage pieces to look through!

I spotted colorful glassware, vintage lamps, furniture, artwork, dishes, and so many little pieces that made me want to redecorate my entire house. 😂 There’s something about walking through a thrift store and never knowing what you’re going to find around the next corner!

A few things that caught my eye were these adorable vintage-style candlesticks, the colorful serving pieces, and all of the beautiful glassware. And the prices?! 👀 Some of these finds were seriously tempting.

✨ COME ANTIQUING WITH ME! ✨

Today’s treasure hunt took me to Memory Lane of Yesteryear in Cartersville, GA 🌼🧺🕰️

There were SO many goodies packed into this place!!! There was vintage glassware, Pyrex, furniture, kitchen finds, collectibles, and plenty of things that made me stop and say, “Wait… I need that.” 😂

🧚🏽Antique find fact: That gorgeous frosted white piece you see in the video is an Indiana Glass fairy lamp! 🕯️✨🧚🏽 Fairy lamps were originally designed to hold small candles as a night light before electricity was available and were loved for the warm, cozy glow they gave off. Indiana Glass produced many pressed glass pieces that are now popular with vintage glass collectors!!

That frosted white color is just gorgeous!! 😍

This is exactly why I love antiquing… you never know what little piece of history you’re going to find!

✨ Antique shopping in Asheville, NC! ✨

I stopped by one of Asheville’s antique malls Sweeten Creek Antiques & Collectibles, LLC and was surprised by how many unique vintage finds they had. There was everything from colorful swung vases and Fenton glass to Pyrex, pottery, vintage kitchenware, milk glass, and beautiful china. They even had a gorgeous vintage couch! I loved seeing the variety and some of the prices definitely caught my attention!

One of my favorite parts of antiquing is seeing pieces that have been around for decades and imagining the stories behind them. Whether you’re a collector or just love decorating with vintage treasures, this place is worth adding to your Asheville list!! 🤍

i went to the asheville human thrift store and i was not disappointed!

i have such a soft spot for humane society thrifts because when you buy something, you are contributing to a good cause!

this place had such great prices and so many good treasures. next time i’m in asheville i will be returning for sure!! 🩵
