Paul has limited mobility in his hands and feet but it doesn't stop him from doing anything! Paul had never painted when i started working with him and now he has painted dozens of works and been a part of several art shows. His arms don't move smoothly enough to make perfectly smooth brush strokes so I showed him impressionism and he took to it like a duck to water. He likes to paint photographs from his travels and from the zoo, especially nature scenes featuring elephants, giraffes or squirrels. Whole loves to keep himself busy when he's not at The Silo. He has a job at the YMCA and he volunteers at the hospital, and while Paul is my student, I never miss an opportunity to make sure that he knows he is my good friend! Love ya Paul.

I absolutely love all the students I've had in my class so far and I enjoy our discord group so much. Growing people into skilled artists and seeing the surprise on their face when they applied the lessons is just the best pleasure in the world.

I worked with Aleka for more than 4 years before I found out she actually goes by Janae but for some reason told us that she wanted to be called Aleka! Aleka always dresses nice and has her hair and nails done. She loves the color purple and likes to draw characters from her favorite show Hasbeen Hotel and Helluva Boss. In the summer she likes to sit outside and wave at the cute boys driving by.
