A fire hydrant broke when a CR&R worker connected the water meter to it this morning on Running Rabbit Court in the City of Canyon. The Canyon Lake Fire Department responded to the scene around 9:36 a.m. and stopping the flow before releasing the scene to Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District.
